TGI Fridays Offers Free Meals to Unpaid TSA & Air Traffic Control Workers
TGI Fridays is stepping up to support essential workers during the ongoing government shutdown. The popular restaurant chain is offering free meals to unpaid TSA and air traffic control employees until October 23, or until the shutdown ends.
Over 80 TGI Fridays locations across the U.S., including those at airports, are participating in this generous initiative. Employees can simply show their I.D. to enjoy one free meal per day. The menu includes a variety of options such as a cheeseburger, chicken fingers, chicken sandwich, or chicken Caesar salad.
Several flagship TGI Fridays restaurants have volunteered to join this cause, including those in bustling cities like New York City, Washington D.C., Chicago, and Los Angeles.
This offer is TGI Fridays' way of expressing gratitude to TSA and air traffic control employees for their dedication and service during this challenging time. The restaurant chain hopes that this gesture will provide some relief and support to these essential workers.
