Thieves Flee Police - Accident and Arrest - Teen suspects crash after high-speed chase following Apple store theft
Three young suspects, aged 17 to 21, have been arrested following a high-speed car chase and a theft in Idstein. They were apprehended near Raunheim after crashing their vehicle.
The trio initially fled the scene after stealing iPhones from an Apple store in Idstein. They drove recklessly on the A3 and A67 highways, disregarding traffic rules. The police pursued them but ended the chase to ensure public safety.
The suspects' car crashed in Raunheim, and they were arrested near the wreckage. Both the vehicle and the stolen iPhones were seized by police. Initially, the suspects were taken to the police station in Ludwigsvorstadt but were later transferred to Taunusstein.
The three suspects were later released after being taken into custody. The investigation into the theft and the dangerous driving incident continues.
