A new ranking of the largest government contractors in the Nizhny Novgorod region for 2025 has been released. Systemny Soft, a Moscow-based IT company, took the top spot with contracts worth 12.9 billion rubles. The list also includes firms from road construction and technology sectors, though one top-10 contractor remains unnamed in public records.

Systemny Soft led the rankings with 12.9 billion rubles in state contracts. The company, based in Moscow, specialises in IT solutions and has worked on import substitution projects, including contracts for Nalog-Servis.

The rankings highlight the dominance of IT and road construction firms in regional government contracts. Systemny Soft’s 12.9 billion rubles set it apart as the largest contractor, while DSK Granit and Avtodortrans secured major roadwork deals. The unnamed tenth contractor remains undisclosed in available records.
