Spike in Limburg-Weilburg burglaries leaves police probing multiple break-ins

Between Tuesday, December 2, and Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at least three homes were broken into across the region. In Hühnergärten, Hünfelden, burglars struck twice on Wednesday—stealing valuables from one property and searching another without taking anything. Meanwhile, in Limburg, an apartment on Röderstraße was forcibly entered and searched, though no items were reported missing.

The incidents have prompted a police response, with criminal investigators examining the scam calls in Bad Camberg. Authorities are also reviewing the break-ins, though no arrests have been reported so far. Residents are advised to remain vigilant against suspicious calls and report any break-ins immediately.
