Sparkasse Neuss & Niederrhein University Launch Dual Bank Clerk Study Program

Sparkasse Neuss and University of Niederrhein have partnered to offer a dual study program for aspiring bank clerks. This four-year course leads to a vocational training certificate and an internationally recognized Bachelor of Arts degree upon completion. The program, held at the University of Niederrhein, combines academic learning with on-the-job training at Sparkasse Neuss. Students spend two days a week in lectures and three days in practical work, allowing them to apply what they learn immediately. Applicants should possess an Abitur with an average grade of 2.5 or higher, strong communication skills, high performance orientation, initiative, efficient self-organization, resilience, excellent German and English language skills, and good manners. The program offers a unique opportunity to earn money while studying and preparing for a career in banking. The dual study program for bank clerks, offered by Sparkasse Neuss and University of Niederrhein, equips students with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Graduates will receive a vocational training certificate and a Bachelor of Arts degree, setting them up for successful careers in the banking sector.
