Sparkasse Harburg-Buxtehude unveils modern Maschen branch with video banking
Sparkasse Harburg-Buxtehude is relocating its Maschen branch to a new address at 2 Eichenallee. The move comes with upgraded services, including a first-of-its-kind video advisory feature called Amelie. Customers will also find a more comfortable and modern space for their banking needs.
The current branch on Schulstraße will shut its doors for the last time on Thursday, March 30. The new location will welcome visitors from Monday, April 3, with a special opening event planned for the day.
The new branch at 2 Eichenallee will introduce an 180-square-metre advisory centre designed for a relaxed atmosphere. Here, customers can discuss financial matters in a welcoming setting. The team, led by Marcel Corsi, will continue serving clients, including Petra Bockelmann, Martina Schubert, Christina Steinkamp, and Julia Rethmeier.
Self-service options will expand with an ATM, a deposit and withdrawal machine, and multifunctional terminals. For those needing quick assistance, an information desk will handle service requests efficiently. Personalised consultations will take place in dedicated advisory rooms. This summer, the branch will also launch the *Amelie* video service. This new feature lets customers connect with advisors via video, marking the first time Sparkasse Harburg-Buxtehude has offered such a service. To celebrate the opening, the bank will host an event on April 3 starting at 9 AM. Visitors can enjoy drinks, crêpes, and a clown performance for children.
The Maschen branch's move to 2 Eichenallee brings modern banking features and a more customer-friendly environment. The Amelie video service, combined with expanded self-service options, aims to improve convenience for clients. The opening celebration on April 3 will mark the start of operations at the new location.
