Solingen's Sparkasse Opens Eco-Friendly Self-Service Center in Unterburg
Solingen's City Sparkasse has opened a new self-service center at Eschbachstraße in Unterburg. The first withdrawal at the new cash machine was made by Mayor Carsten Voigt and Stefan Grunwald, CEO of the Sparkasse.
The new center operates daily from 6 am to 11 pm, providing convenient access for customers. The outer appearance is made of larch wood, designed in coordination with the lower heritage authority, blending seamlessly with the historic neighborhood. Inside, a state-of-the-art reinforced concrete structure ensures security, meeting current standards. The center offers a cash machine and a self-service terminal for various banking services. In the final construction steps, a pitched roof with a photovoltaic system, the Sparkasse logo, and greenery will be added, making it an eco-friendly and visually appealing addition to the area. The first cash withdrawal at the new ATM was made by Helmut Scholz.
