Siberian farmers secure 8 billion rubles in Sberbank loans this year

Siberian farmers have accessed nearly 8 billion rubles in concessional loans from Sberbank since the start of 2025. The Altai Territory leads in demand, while Novosibirsk and Omsk regions together account for nearly a third of the loan volume.

The demand for these loans is high, with the Altai Territory accounting for nearly half of the total funds disbursed. Farmers in the Kemerovo and Krasnoyarsk regions received 15% of the total funds. Lending volumes have grown by over 300 million rubles compared to the previous year.

Sberbank offers a range of loans, including investment loans with no upper limit and terms ranging from 2 to 15 years. This year, Siberian farmers have secured around 550 million rubles in loans for agricultural machinery, with repayment periods of 2 to 5 years. The bank also provides operational loans capped at 1 billion rubles and repayment terms of up to 12 months for working capital needs.

Since the start of 2025, small agricultural businesses in Siberia have benefited from nearly 8 billion rubles in concessional loans from Sberbank. The Altai Territory and Novosibirsk and Omsk regions have seen the highest demand, with lending volumes increasing significantly compared to the previous year.
