Next week, the securitization industry will gather in Berlin for the TSI Congress 2025. The event's timing coincides with critical negotiations in Brussels over a reform of EU securitization rules, aiming to revitalize the stock market today and support financing availability and cost-efficiency.

The congress will center around the EU revision and its impact on the stock market. Topics of discussion include various securitization types such as CLO, BNPL, SRT, and ABS, as well as regulatory frameworks like Basel III and Solvency II. The role of AI in securitization and the tokenization of transactions will also be explored.

Key attendees include Lutz Diederichs from BNP Paribas, Members of the German Bundestag Klaus Wiener (CDU) and Katharina Beck (Greens), Prof. Jörg Rocholl from ESMT business school, and Bernd Löwen, KfW's Chief Financial Officer.
