Sabrina Hoffmann Named New Editor-in-Chief of Frankfurter Rundschau

Sabrina Hoffmann has been appointed as the new editor-in-chief of 'Frankfurter Rundschau', taking over from Karin Dalka who will retire on January 1, 2026. Michael Bayer will continue as deputy editor-in-chief.

Hoffmann, who previously led the BW24 editorial team in Stuttgart to profitability within nine months, is excited about her new role at 'Frankfurter Rundschau'. She identifies with the publication's progressive values and aims to continue its legacy of quality journalism with wide reach.

Markus Knall, Ippen.Media's editor-in-chief, has expressed his pleasure with Hoffmann's appointment. Hoffmann and Bayer had been leading the newspaper interimly after Thomas Kaspar's departure.
