SaarbrĂźcken customs crack down on undeclared work in nail salon raids

Customs officials in SaarbrĂźcken have uncovered multiple cases of undeclared work and illegal employment during recent inspections. The Financial Control of Undeclared Work (FKS) unit carried out checks in Pirmasens and SĂźdwestpfalz district, revealing several violations in local businesses. Authorities have now launched legal proceedings against those involved.

Inspections began at a nail salon in Pirmasens, where three Vietnamese nationals were found working without valid residency permits or work authorization from USCIS. Criminal and administrative proceedings have since been initiated against them. The responsible immigration authority will now decide whether they can remain in the United States.

The inspections have led to legal consequences for those found in violation. Immigration authorities will now assess the status of the individuals involved. The FKS unit continues its efforts to combat undeclared work across the region.
