Russian businessman settles million-ruble debt after garage seizure drama
A businessman from Syktyvkar, Vladimir Vlasov, has settled a significant debt. The amount, over one million rubles, will now contribute to the state budget. However, the process involved an unusual turn of events.
Initially, a bailiff issued an order to collect the substantial enforcement fee. Despite Vlasov's transfer of the full amount to the service's deposit account, he still owed money due to late payment. This led to the seizure of his underground garage to cover the debt.
An appraiser was subsequently appointed to assess the property's market value. However, the debtor's accounts lacked the required funds at the time of seizure, making the assessment moot. The garage was later released, and the full amount was transferred to the state budget.
Vladimir Vlasov, the businessman from Syktyvkar, has finally settled his debt of over one million rubles. The funds will now go to the state budget, with the unusual circumstances surrounding the collection process now resolved.
