RUMO JSC vows to clear long-overdue **wage** arrears by 2025

RUMO JSC, a company based in Nizhny Novgorod, has announced plans to fully repay its minimum wage arrears by the end of 2025. The firm is currently addressing the issue in stages, using available funds to make partial payments to employees.

The wage debt at RUMO JSC has drawn attention from regional authorities. The Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region is now stepping in to stabilise the company’s financial position. Their goal is to ensure production operations return to normal.

The resolution of wage arrears depends on RUMO JSC’s ability to secure funds over the next two years. Regional authorities are monitoring the situation to prevent further disruptions. Employees will continue receiving payments in instalments until the debt is cleared.
