Rosseti Center Implements Fair Cost Benchmark for Power Networks
PJSC 'Rosseti Center' recently held an operational meeting, chaired by General Director Boris Ebzeev, to discuss the implementation of the benchmark principle for cost formation in territorial network organizations. The meeting, attended via video conference by heads of the executive apparatus and directors of 'Rosseti Center' and 'Rosseti Center and Volga' branches, marked a significant step towards fair equipment maintenance costs and balanced consumer interests.
The transition to benchmark regulation aims to ensure fair equipment maintenance costs and maintain a balance of interests between the network company and consumers. Priority areas include increasing employee compensation, developing human resources, and boosting employee motivation. Key aspects of PJSC 'Rosseti Center and Volga' activities were discussed, including the current situation, readiness for the 2025/2026 heating season, production and financial indicators, and 2026 tariff campaign tasks.
All branches have completed measures to ensure readiness of backup power sources, check special equipment, and form emergency response teams for low temperature operation. This proactive approach ensures reliable power supply even in harsh conditions.
Boris Ebzeev instructed branch directors to ensure prompt interaction with authorized regional executive authorities for a phased transition to the benchmark method. This move signals Rosseti's commitment to transparent and fair cost formation, ultimately benefiting both the company and its consumers.
