Rödermark's 'Training Night' Returns on Nov 7: Explore Careers Hands-On
Rödermark is set to host its third 'Training Night' event on Friday, November 7. This annual event, organized jointly by the city and the Offenbach am Main Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), aims to guide young people into the workforce and showcase promising career paths.
The event, open to young people from Rödermark and the surrounding area, will feature discussions, guided tours, and hands-on activities. Participants can explore various fields such as engineering, machinery and plant manufacturing, real estate, sports, leisure, and personal care, without prior registration. Some of the companies participating include Videor, Schmoll Maschinen, Zeppelin Systems, Wertgrund, Radwerk, and dm-drogerie.
Mayor Jörg Rotter highlights the long-standing collaboration with the IHK, emphasizing their commitment to bridging the gap between school and the working world. The local government will also present career opportunities within municipal administration. Admission is free, allowing visitors to choose their favorite activities from the diverse program.
