Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Canada Equipped with High-Quality Audio System
The first Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Canada has opened its doors, and with it comes a state-of-the-art audio system. Clair Global, in collaboration with Branch AV, has executed the audio system integration, ensuring top-notch sound quality for the casino's various entertainment offerings.
At the heart of the system are the Cannon C6 marine speakers from 1 SOUND. Known for their durability and studio monitor-quality sound, these speakers are ideal for the demanding marine and commercial environments of a casino and hotel. The 6.5-inch coaxial driver, coupled with a 1-inch silk dome high-frequency driver, delivers clear and pronounced midrange sounds. A 5-inch rear-facing passive radiator extends the bass response down to 60 Hz, providing a full and robust sound.
Inside the building, the Council Oak Stage is designed for small bands, dueling pianos, and live acts. The Cannon C6 marine speakers, color-matched to the exterior, have been installed here. They are also equipped with custom-painted C-Clamps, outdoor-rated hardware, and are built with SS316 marine-grade materials, ensuring they can withstand the rigors of daily use.
Level L38 loudspeakers, less than eight inches off the wall and matched precisely to the wall for a clean look, have been discreetly installed inside to provide the SPL and punch needed for live music while blending seamlessly into the space. Each Level L38 loudspeaker is paired with a SUB310 subwoofer, hidden in the ceiling to maintain the aesthetic.
