RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG reports record growth with €1.7B revenue in 2025

RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG has reported strong financial and operational growth for 2025. The healthcare group saw revenues rise by 6.8% to €1.7 billion while treating nearly a million patients. Investments in cutting-edge medical technology and expanded care services marked the year's key developments. In 2025, the company's consolidated revenues reached €1,704.7 million, up 6.8% from the previous year. Profits also climbed, with consolidated earnings of €36.3 million and EBITDA at €105.9 million. The Supervisory Board and Board of Management have now proposed a dividend of €0.20 per share for shareholders.

Patient numbers grew by 2.5%, with 938,650 individuals receiving treatment across its five main clinic locations—Bad Neustadt, Frankfurt an der Oder, Gießen, Marburg, and Bad Berka—as well as its wider network of medical care centres. Dr. Stefan Stranz credited the group's performance to close collaboration with ASKLEPIOS, a fellow healthcare provider.

The company also expanded its high-tech capabilities, becoming the only hospital group in Germany to operate three next-generation photon-counting CT scanners. Additional investments included a 3-Tesla MRI in Marburg, advanced cardiac catheter technology, a new radiotherapy system in Bad Berka, and an upgraded laboratory line in Gießen. New care programmes were introduced as part of ongoing clinic development.

Looking ahead, RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG forecasts revenues of around €1.7 billion for 2026, with a possible variation of plus or minus 5%. EBITDA is expected to range between €110 million and €125 million. The group's 2025 results reflect steady growth in both patient care and financial performance. With continued investment in technology and expanded services, RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG is positioning itself for further development in the coming year. Shareholders will vote on the proposed €0.20 dividend in the next general meeting.
