Republic Street shuts down for two days in November 2025

Republic Street will close completely for two days in November. The shutdown starts on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, between house numbers 3 and 13. Utility work will cause the disruption until Friday, November 21. The closure affects motorists and cyclists, who must follow detours during the works. Pedestrians, however, can still use their usual paths along the street without interruption. The roadworks will last from November 19 to November 21, 2025. Drivers and cyclists need to adjust their journeys, but walkers face no restrictions. Access for residents remains available through designated side streets during the closure.
