Reckless Motorcyclist Charged After Dangerous Stunt on Highway 66

Police attempted to pull over the speeding motorcyclist, but they evaded capture by performing 'zigzag maneuvers' and overtaking other vehicles. Eventually, the rider pulled over and was apprehended. The motorcycle was seized due to its excessively loud engine, which is suspected of violating noise regulations.
