Prudential and Standard Chartered offer HK$20,000 aid to Tai Po fire survivors

When disaster struck, two financial giants answered the call. Now, hospitalised fire victims in Hong Kong will receive critical support to rebuild their lives.

Prudential and Standard Chartered offer HK$20,000 aid to Tai Po fire survivors

The companies will provide HK$20,000 to each affected individual currently receiving hospital treatment. The funds are intended to cover medical expenses and daily necessities during recovery. Both firms have also shared their condolences with the victims and their families.

The payment will directly support those still in hospital following the fire. Affected individuals must wait for official instructions before submitting applications. The two companies have not yet outlined additional eligibility criteria or deadlines.
