Pollen Street Capital acquires Tutman to fuel European expansion in fund services

Pollen Street Capital has completed the acquisition of Tutman, a UK-based specialist in fund administration and transfer-agency services. The deal, finalised in December 2023, marks a new phase for the company as it looks to expand its reach. Tutman's leadership has welcomed the investment as a key driver for future growth.

The takeover sees Tutman remain under its current brand and management team, ensuring continuity for clients. Pollen Street's backing will also enable the firm to build additional operational hubs in Luxembourg and Ireland, broadening its European footprint.

In 2025, Tutman will further strengthen its service offering by integrating Evelyn Partners' business. This move positions the company as a full-service provider in the sector. David Tyerman, Tutman's CEO, described Pollen Street's investment as a major milestone in the firm's development.

Duncan Gerard, a partner at Pollen Street, highlighted Tutman's reputation for quality, responsiveness, and client-centric solutions. The acquisition reflects Pollen Street's confidence in the company's ability to deliver strong results in fund administration.

With Pollen Street's support, Tutman is set to expand its operations across Europe while maintaining its existing leadership and brand. The addition of Evelyn Partners' business in 2025 will further solidify its position as a comprehensive provider in the industry. The deal underscores Tutman's ambition to grow its market presence in the coming years.
