POL-F: 251209- 1278 Frankfurt- Unterliederbach: Police apprehend burglar
A Frankfurt restaurant owner reported a break-in on Monday evening, December 8, 2025. Police quickly responded to the incident on Hortensienring, where two suspects were seen on security footage forcing entry into the premises.
Officers arrived at the scene and discovered a 25-year-old man hiding in nearby bushes. He was taken into custody, but later released. A second suspect, however, remains at large.
A search of the arrested man’s residence was conducted after investigators obtained a warrant. During the operation, police recovered a tool believed to have been used in the break-in. Criminal police have since opened an investigation into the incident. Authorities are now appealing for public help.
