Piepenbrock Begins Managing BeOne Office Building in Frankfurt
Piepenbrock Group has started managing the BeOne office building in Frankfurt am Main from January 1st. The comprehensive facility management service covers technical aspects, maintenance, energy efficiency, and more.
The BeOne building, built in 2004, spans six floors and offers around 7,000 sqm of rental space. Piepenbrock's responsibilities include managing the technical systems, maintaining and cleaning windows, and overseeing energy management.
Currently, the building is undergoing renovation. Piepenbrock is involved in replacing the cooling and ventilation systems, as well as updating the access control system. Uwe Bendrien, an experienced professional in operational management, leads this project in Frankfurt.
