Perpetuals.com Launches Quantum-Resistant Vaults for Institutional Crypto Storage

Perpetuals.com Ltd. (NASDAQ: PDC) has unveiled its Quantum-Resilient Crypto Vaults, a new self-custody solution designed for institutional investors. The system combines advanced security features with regulatory compliance, addressing long-term risks in digital asset storage.

Founded by Professor Patrick Gruhn, the company aims to set a new standard for asset protection in an era of rapid technological change.

The vaults operate on a zero-access model, ensuring only asset owners hold private keys. Multi-layer cryptography and quantum-resistant RSA encryption form the core of their security framework. This approach eliminates reliance on third-party custodians while reducing counterparty risk.

Perpetuals.com has positioned itself as an alternative to traditional custodial, hardware wallet, and audit-based systems. The company's Kronos X® platform, fully compliant with European regulations, supports 24/7 trading of crypto spot, derivatives, and tokenized securities. Hosted at Equinix FR2 in Frankfurt, it shares infrastructure with major exchanges like Eurex and Xetra.

The launch comes as institutional demand for secure crypto infrastructure grows. Earlier innovations from the firm include AI-driven risk intelligence and regulated tokenized products, such as Pre-IPO contracts for companies like Coinbase and Airbnb. Gruhn, who co-founded the company with Robin Matzke and Nayia Ziourti, highlighted the vaults' role in safeguarding assets against future threats, including quantum computing advancements.

The Quantum-Resilient Crypto Vaults provide a forward-looking solution for institutions managing digital assets. By integrating self-custody with quantum-resistant technology, the system targets emerging security challenges in a fast-evolving market. The company continues to expand its regulated infrastructure offerings for global investors.
