Perfect Clean Secures £8M Fife Council Contract to Restore Housing Stock
Perfect Clean has secured a major £8 million contract with Fife Council, set to last until 2027 with a possible extension of 24 months. The company will provide comprehensive cleaning and clearance services across Scotland and the North of England, with a focus on restoring council housing stock to high standards.
The contract, secured due to Perfect Clean's competitive proposal and commitment to social and environmental responsibility, will see the company offer a range of services including minor repairs, garden tidying, graffiti removal, and hazardous material disposal. Managing director Emilia Ferenc expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the company's ability to work sensitively across diverse community settings.
Perfect Clean will operate from a new depot in Kirkcaldy, with technicians covering a wide area beyond Kirkcaldy, although the exact additional cities are not specified. The company is dedicated to minimising environmental impact and champions Fair Work First principles. Operations director Stuart McRobb noted the contract as a significant milestone, cementing Perfect Clean's position as a trusted public sector partner.
