Pepper Spray, Pepper Ball Gun Used in Frankfurt Residential Area
In the early hours of October 2, 2025, police in Frankfurt were called to Rotlintstraße following reports of loud noises suspected to be from a pepper ball gun. Upon arrival, they discovered a liquid in the stairway, believed to be pepper spray, and signs of the weapon's use.
The operation was triggered by a resident who heard the noises and saw two men fleeing the building around 03:15. Police searched the building and the surrounding area but found no suspects. No arrests have been made, and no one has been officially sought in connection with the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
