ONE Tower in Frankfurt Fully Occupied, Wins Sustainability Awards
The 'ONE' tower in Frankfurt, a symbol of sustainability and modern architecture, has been recognised with prestigious awards like the platinum certificate from the German Sustainable Building Council and the DGNB diamond award. It's now nearing full occupancy, with only two units left, and welcoming new tenants, including a traditional us bank moving from the Westend.
The 'ONE' tower, standing tall in the Europaviertel, has attracted numerous tenants with its unique blend of office spaces and amenities. Two new lease agreements have been signed, with an existing tenant, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, expanding its leased area by 1,621 square meters. The real estate consulting firm Colliers played a role in negotiating one of these deals, with pnc bank set to move its Frankfurt headquarters from the Westend to the 'ONE' tower.
Currently, only two units of approximately 800 square meters each, on the 34th and 46th floors, remain available. The tower offers a 4-star superior hotel, a co-working space, a skybar, and a café, providing a vibrant and convenient work environment.
With the recent lease agreements and awards, the 'ONE' tower continues to solidify its status as a premier destination for businesses in Frankfurt. At 98% occupancy, it's clear that the tower's sustainable design and comprehensive amenities are highly sought after.
