Offshore Commercial rebrands to Offshore Group in strategic shift

Offshore Commercial has officially rebranded to Offshore Group. The change marks a news phase for the company as it unifies its accounting, payroll, and advisory services under one name.

The rebrand reflects the firm's growth across Guernsey, Jersey, the UK, and Mauritius. Managing Director Craig Shorto has overseen the transition, which aims to simplify how clients engage with the business. Operational efficiency is also expected to improve under the new structure.

Despite the name change, day-to-day services for clients will stay the same. The company has emphasised that its core culture and values remain unchanged, even as it positions itself for future expansion. The new brand still honours the group's island heritage, maintaining a connection to its roots.

The shift to Offshore Group brings a clearer identity while keeping client services consistent. The company's focus remains on growth, efficiency, and preserving the values that have defined it so far.
