Instead of battling fires or floods, they turned their skills to planting a new tree for the region. On Wednesday evening at 8 PM, the team from Oberweid accepted a challenge from their colleagues in Simmershausen. Despite the absence of a fire or flood, the firefighters eagerly stepped up to assist in this non-task.
