Noweda's iA.de platform expands pharmacy services with new healthcare partnerships

Pharmacy cooperative Noweda is broadening its services through the iA.de digital platform. Developed with media group Burda and pharmacy operator Pharma Privat, the system helps pharmacies manage vaccinations and other healthcare tasks. Recent partnerships with medical suppliers and laboratories are now expanding its reach further.

The iA.de platform was created to simplify pharmacy operations, from booking appointments to handling billing. It already supports vaccination workflows and has grown through key collaborations.

Last year, iA.de teamed up with laboratory chain Limbach to provide on-site and at-home testing services. This move allowed pharmacies to offer patients more convenient diagnostic options.

Now, Noweda has launched a new joint venture with sanitary equipment retailer Rahm. Named HiMiConnect, the partnership aims to improve how community pharmacies supply medical equipment. Rahm brings 70 years of experience and around 50 branches to the project, while pharmacies contribute their local healthcare knowledge. Together, they plan to streamline access to high-quality medical supplies for patients.

Through these expansions, iA.de continues to integrate more services into daily pharmacy work. The platform's growing network now covers vaccinations, testing, and medical equipment provision.

The latest ventures strengthen Noweda's position in local healthcare delivery. Pharmacies using iA.de can now offer a wider range of services, from testing to medical supplies. The partnerships with Limbach and Rahm signal further integration of digital tools into everyday pharmacy operations.
