Nizhny Novgorod Region to Issue 15 Billion Rubles in Bonds by Late 2025
Nizhny Novgorod Region is set to launch a bond placement on November 20, 2025. The new series, with a total issue volume of 15 billion rubles, will have a term of around 3 years and 1 month, maturing on December 4, 2028.
The bond placement will consist of 15 million bonds, each with a face value of 1,000 rubles. These bonds will have 37 coupon periods, with each period lasting 30 days. The bonds feature a variable coupon rate and debt amortization.
The Central Bank of Russia, in coordination with the regional government's finance department, will oversee the issuance of these government bonds. Public hearings on the regional budget draft law will coincide with the bond placement start date.
The Nizhny Novgorod Region's bond placement, set to begin on November 20, 2025, offers investors a total issue volume of 15 billion rubles. With a term of around 3 years and 1 month, these bonds provide a variable return and amortization structure, maturing on December 4, 2028.
