Nizhny Novgorod Region Secures 6.4 Billion Ruble Subsidy for Utility System Enhancements
The Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region has announced plans to enhance the reliability of utility systems in Nizhny Novgorod and Bor. A subsidy of 6.4 billion rubles has been secured for this purpose, as part of the 'Renovation of Housing and Utilities Infrastructure in the Nizhny Novgorod Agglomeration' project.
The funds will be allocated to various improvements across the two cities. In Nizhny Novgorod, the water supply system in Rodionova Street and the Podnovye Sloboda district will undergo reconstruction. Additionally, the sewer collector along Kerchenskaya and Proletarskaya streets will be improved.
In Bor, the water supply system is set for modernization. Furthermore, four new boiler houses will be constructed in Novinki, Olgino, and on Vaneyeva Street, thanks to infrastructure loan funds.
The Nizhny Novgorod Oblast will benefit from these developments, with 6.4 billion rubles allocated for housing and utilities infrastructure improvements. The projects aim to enhance the reliability of utility systems, ultimately improving the living conditions of residents in both cities.
