New Apartment Building Rising in Frankfurt's Bornheim
Construction is underway for a new apartment building at Spessartstraße in Frankfurt's Bornheim district. The project, set to complete in February 2026, includes 29 apartments and an underground garage with nine parking spaces. The construction progress is regularly updated on the project website.
Excavation work kicked off on April 22, 2025, marking the start of the project. The ground floor construction began in mid-May. The building's shell structure is expected to be completed by February 2026.
The project is a collaboration between several entities. B70 GmbH is overseeing the construction, while Delom handled the project development. Karl Dudler Architects designed the building, which spans 2,202 square meters of living area.
Despite online searches yielding no specific information about the company building the new house at Spessartstraße, B70 GmbH is confirmed as the responsible constructor. The project is on track, with regular updates available on the official website, and is expected to be completed in early February 2026.
