NEOintralogistics Secures €3M to Revolutionize Warehouse Automation

NEOintralogistics, a Düsseldorf-based robotics startup, has raised €3 million in seed funding. The investment round was led by the Amadeus APEX Technology Fund and Cetus Holding, signaling strong confidence in the company’s scalable automation solutions.

The company specializes in modular robots designed to streamline warehouse operations. These systems can be integrated into existing infrastructure within just six to eight weeks—far quicker than traditional automation projects, which often take months or even years.

The robots aim to cut manual labour in order-picking tasks by up to 70%. This efficient gain comes at a time when around 80% of global warehouses still depend on manual processes, largely due to the high upfront costs of automation. NEOintralogistics operates on a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, offering a pay-per-pick pricing structure. This approach shifts automation from a capital expense to an operational one, making it more accessible for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). With the new funding, the startup plans to expand its commercial operations across Germany. Longer-term, it is preparing for international growth.

The €3 million investment reflects investor belief in NEOintralogistics’ ability to transform warehouse efficiency. By reducing reliance on manual labour and lowering entry costs, the company aims to bring automation within reach of smaller businesses.
