MWB pauses operations for 11 days over Christmas and New Year

Mittelhessische Wasserbetriebe (MWB) will shut down operations for eleven days over the festive season. The closure begins on December 24, 2025, and runs through January 4, 2026. During this time, standard services will remain unavailable to the public.

The temporary shutdown affects all routine MWB activities. However, provisions have been made for urgent situations. Residents facing sewer-related emergencies can still seek help.

The closure spans from Christmas Eve until the new year. Emergency contacts remain active to handle urgent wastewater and sewer problems. Residents are advised to save the provided numbers in case of unexpected issues during the break.
