Miteinander Leben Foundation Grants €46,000 to Ten Non-Profits in Offenbach
The 'Miteinander Leben' foundation has awarded a total of €46,000 to ten non-profit associations in the Offenbach district. The grants, ranging from €2,500 to €10,000, support a variety of projects focusing on health, culture, music, and environmental protection. The foundation's board chairman, County Commissioner Oliver Quilling, personally presented the checks at the Dietzenbach county office.
Among the recipients, the 'Instrument Year Guitar and Violin' project by Musikschule Rödermark e.V. received €4,000 to promote musical education. The Rotary Club Offenbach-Dreieich e.V. was granted €10,000 for their 'KIDS SAVE LIVES - STAYING ALIVE' project, aiming to establish reanimation training in 20 schools. Similarly, Dreieicher Golf-Club Neuhof e.V. received €10,000 for their 'Retention Pond' project, creating a new habitat and protecting the golf course from extreme weather.
NABU group Rödermark e.V. and Free Evangelical Church Rödermark each received €2,500 and €3,500 respectively, for purchasing essential equipment. Musikverein Nieder-Roden e.V. was awarded €3,000 for their 'Blaserkids 2024 - 26' project, aimed at strengthening musical education. Notably, 'Living Together of Cultures in Dietzenbach e.V.' received €8,000 for their 'Angels of Cultures' project, designing a traffic roundabout as a symbol for interreligious and intercultural dialogue.
The 'Miteinander Leben' foundation's grants will enable these ten non-profit associations to implement projects that enrich the Offenbach district in diverse ways, fostering community engagement, cultural exchange, and environmental sustainability.
