MediaMarkt's New Deal Offers Free E-Scooter with Green Energy Switch

MediaMarkt has launched a new promotion for households looking to cut energy costs and embrace greener transport. The deal pairs electricity or gas contracts from E.ON or eprimo with a free e-scooter and store vouchers. It targets those wanting to switch to renewable energy while adding an electric vehicle for city travel.

The offer includes a Niu KQi2 Pro e-scooter, built for urban commuting. It features a 7,800 mAh battery, a top speed of 20 km/h, and a range of up to 40 km on a single charge. The scooter complies with German road laws, making it ready for immediate use.

New customers signing up for electricity or gas will also receive a MediaMarkt voucher worth between €80 and €180. Switching suppliers is simple, requiring only the meter number, an estimate of yearly usage, and the current provider's details. The process is designed to be quick and hassle-free. Households making the switch to green electricity could reduce their annual carbon footprint by around 500 kg of CO₂. The promotion is aimed at those wanting to lower bills while adopting sustainable transport. However, actual savings depend on individual consumption and the chosen tariff, so comparing total costs over the contract term remains important.

The bundle combines energy contracts with a practical e-scooter and shopping vouchers. It provides a way to cut costs, reduce emissions, and improve urban mobility. Customers are advised to review all terms before committing to ensure the deal matches their needs.
