Massive Frankfurt fire displaces families despite heroic rescue efforts
A fire broke out in a commercial building in Frankfurt’s Höchst district on February 18. The blaze posed significant challenges for firefighters due to the structure’s complexity. Around 150 emergency responders were called to the scene to bring the situation under control.

No injuries were reported, but two families needed longer-term emergency housing after their apartments became uninhabitable.
