Marburg Forum Unites Ethics and Profit for Small Business Success

A one-day conference on values-driven business will take place in Marburg on December 9, 2025. Organised by Economy for the Common Good (ECG) Hesse and the Marburg-Biedenkopf district, the event targets executives looking to align profit with ethical practices in their small business ideas. Speakers will include industry leaders sharing real-world examples of how sustainability and social responsibility boost long-term success for my business.

The 'GCG-Unternehmerforum' runs from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Marburg District Administration. Stefan Maier, Managing Director of Prior1 GmbH, will open with a keynote on why embracing the Common Good drives business performance for small business ideas. His talk comes as companies grapple with tighter regulations, labour shortages, and shifting public expectations.

The forum provides a platform for small business ideas to turn sustainability commitments into competitive advantages. Participants will leave with tools to implement ECG principles and strengthen their employer brand for my business. Registration remains open for executives seeking to navigate today’s ethical and economic demands for their small business ideas.
