M. Schneider to close Heusenstamm outlet by February 2026
Fashion retailer M. Schneider has announced the closure of its Heusenstamm outlet by mid-to-late February 2026. The decision follows the expiry of the lease for the large building on Frankfurter Straße, which the company has chosen not to renew. A major clearance sale with heavily discounted prices will begin ahead of the shutdown.
The outlet first opened in 2003, with part of the space later converted into an outlet store in 2022. Until early 2025, the site also served as the retailer’s internal logistics hub and storage for seasonal collections. Before M. Schneider took over, the building had previously been leased by department store chain Karstadt.
The outlet’s final closure is set for February 2026, marking the end of M. Schneider’s presence at the Frankfurter Straße location. The extended opening times and ongoing stock replenishment aim to clear inventory before the lease officially terminates. No further details on the building’s future use have been announced.
