The property, a converted historic post office, offers 265 modern apartments ranging from 18 to 46 square meters. Rents start at €1,229 for a 'Cozy' unit, going up to €2,289 for the largest apartments, with per-square-meter prices exceeding €70. Half of the units are already occupied, with the second phase set for completion on October 31, and bookings beginning November 1.
Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, smart TV, and unique design. Shared amenities include a lounge, communal kitchen, fitness studio, coworking space, rooftop terrace, and over 500 bicycle parking spots. The building aims for LEED Platinum certification, reflecting the owner's commitment to sustainability.
