Luisenforum in Wiesbaden Gets New Manager, Plans Major Revitalization

The Luisenforum in Wiesbaden, a prominent shopping and office complex, is set for a significant transformation. With much of its space currently vacant, the center has appointed Sandra Moore as the new manager and transferred management to CBRE Retail Consulting. The goal is to revitalize the Luisenforum into a bustling news destination for shopping, dining, and socializing, thereby enhancing Wiesbaden's city center appeal.

The Luisenforum boasts around 23,000 square meters of retail and dining space, and approximately 11,000 square meters of office space. To achieve its goal, the center plans to fill its vacant spaces through an active leasing strategy and renovations expected to be completed by autumn 2026. New tenants such as New Yorker and Woolworth are already in the pipeline. While these are the only retailers officially announced so far, other additional retailers have been mentioned and are expected to be disclosed soon.

With Sandra Moore at the helm and CBRE Retail Consulting managing the Luisenforum, the future looks promising. The center's transformation aims to not only attract new tenants but also draw more visitors, ultimately boosting Wiesbaden's city center appeal.
