Limburg-Weilburg Crime Wave: Police Investigate Break-ins, Robbery, and Hit-and-Run

A series of incidents occurred in Limburg-Weilburg district on 10th and 11th October 2025. These include a break-in, a robbery, a hit-and-run, and several attempted burglaries. Police are investigating these cases and seeking information from the public.

On 11th October, a break-in took place at a row house in Bad Camberg's Neugasse between 14:20 and 17:45. Cash was stolen, and the suspect is described as a male, around 30 years old, 170 cm tall, slim, with dark hair, and wearing dark clothing. The perpetrator remains unidentified.

In Limburg-Offheim, a cyclist under the influence of alcohol crashed on the B8 around 21:00. The breath alcohol test result was 1.93 per mille.

A parked car in Limburg's Bischof-Blum-Straße had its left external mirror kicked off in the night from Saturday to Sunday, causing an estimated 1000 euros of damage.

An attempted break-in at a detached garage gate in Bad Camberg was unsuccessful.

A robbery on the Lahn riverbank in Runkel's Lahngasse occurred around 16:14. A handbag was snatched after the victim was sprayed with irritant gas.

Between 15:00 on 10th October and 15:30 on 11th October, cable theft and an attempted break-in occurred at a construction site in Waldbrunn's Laubstraße. Approximately 100 kilograms of cable coils, valued at about 600 euros, were stolen.

An attempted break-in at a single-family house in Limburg-Staffel, Am Bahnhof occurred around 14:30 via the rear terrace door.

Police are urging anyone with information about these incidents to come forward. They remind the public to secure their properties and be vigilant against potential criminals. The investigation into these cases continues.
