Krasnoyarsk Krai updates car insurance rates with new territorial coefficients

New territorial coefficients for car insurance policies, known as OSAGO, come into effect in Krasnoyarsk Krai on January 27, 20XX. The changes aim to stimulate competition among insurers, ensure fair pricing, and encourage safer driving habits.

Krasnoyarsk city will see a decrease in its coefficient from 1.64 to 1.56. Meanwhile, the cities of Divnogorsk and Zheleznogorsk will face an increase in their coefficients. Other cities like Achinsk, Zelenogorsk, Zheleznogorsk, Norilsk, Kansk, Lesosibirsk, Minusinsk, and Nazarovo will retain their current coefficients.

The adjustments are a result of a thorough analysis of car insurance payouts in the region. Additionally, the tariff corridor for car insurance policies has been widened to include public transport, motorcycles, and trucks.

Starting January 27, drivers in Krasnoyarsk Krai can expect changes in their car insurance policies due to new territorial coefficients. The adjustments are designed to promote fairer pricing and safer driving, ultimately benefiting both insurers and policyholders.
