Krasnodar officials tackle land rental debts and family support reforms
A working group of the Committee on Property and Land Relations met to tackle pressing issues around land rental debts and allocations. Chaired by Sergei Boldin, the session focused on recovering unpaid rent and reviewing support measures for large families in Krasnodar region. The meeting began with a review of a prosecutor's office letter titled On the State of Legality and Law Enforcement in Krasnodar Region in 2025. Nikolai Bulgakov, head of the Department of Property Relations, then presented a detailed report on outstanding rental payments for land. Discussions highlighted the need to strengthen debt recovery, including closer coordination with the Federal Bailiff Service.
Land allocation for large families was another key topic. Officials confirmed that 2,014 plots had been distributed in 2025, with 60,000 large families registered at the start of the year. As an alternative to land grants, the Ministry of Fuel, Energy, and Housing and Utilities was instructed to examine increasing compensation payments. Records showed that 981 individuals had already received up to 300,000 rubles for housing or land purchases in 2025. Separately, data revealed that by March 2026, 1,780 land parcels had been allocated to participants in special military operations and their families in Krasnodar Krai. Boldin stressed the importance of a unified strategy to address these interconnected challenges effectively.
The working group agreed to escalate debt recovery measures and refine support options for eligible families. Further steps will involve cross-checking enforcement actions and assessing compensation adjustments. The outcomes aim to improve both fiscal accountability and housing assistance in the region.
