Komi Prosecutor's Office Seeks 3-Bedroom Apartment via Electronic Auction

The Prosecutor's Office of the Komi Republic is set to purchase an apartment in Ust-Kulom. The property must meet strict requirements, including size, location, and condition. An electronic auction will decide the realtor for the purchase. The apartment must be at least 75 square metres in total, with 50 square metres designated as living space. It needs three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, along with all working utilities. The building must be a multi-unit brick structure—not emergency housing, marked for demolition, or under renovation. The location is also key. The flat must lie within 1 kilometre of the district prosecutor's office at 48 Sovetskaya Street. It must be fully habitable and ready for immediate move-in. The initial contract value is 3.25 million rubles, funded by the federal budget. Interested organisations can submit their documents for the electronic auction by February 4. The bidding committee will then select the realtor and award the contract on February 6. Once the agreement is signed, the seller has 10 calendar days to transfer the property to the buyer. The purchase process is moving forward with clear deadlines and specifications. The winning bidder will be chosen early next month, and the property must be handed over shortly after. The transaction is part of the Prosecutor's Office's operational needs in Ust-Kulom.
