Knife and bicycle chain attack leaves one injured in Wiesbaden

A violent clash broke out in Wiesbaden's Bismarckring on Sunday evening. Four people were involved in the altercation, which left at least one person injured. Police have since launched an investigation into the incident. The confrontation began when a 40-year-old man allegedly lunged at a 31-year-old man with a knife. He also punched the victim in the face. Meanwhile, a 38-year-old woman reportedly struck a 35-year-old woman with a bicycle chain and kicked her, causing injuries.

Both attackers then fled the scene toward Goebenstraße. The injured victim refused medical treatment at a hospital. Authorities have since identified the two suspects.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward. Anyone with information is asked to contact them on (0611) 345-0. The investigation remains ongoing. No further reports of similar violent incidents in Wiesbaden have been recorded over the past year. Authorities continue to gather details about the altercation.
