Kazakh Delegation Courts German Investment in Sustainable Tech and Mining
A Kazakh delegation, led by First Deputy Prime Minister Roman Sklyar, recently visited Germany to engage with prominent companies in Saarland. The visit aimed to explore potential investment projects and foster cooperation in sustainable development sectors.

One notable meeting was with Becker Mining Systems AG, a leading global company in energy, automation, communication, transport, and infrastructure for mining. CEO Wolfgang Wegener showed interest in localizing production and assembly of mining equipment in Kazakhstan. Talks centered around joint investment projects in the mining sector.
