Kamchatka Water Utility Releases Ranking of Best and Worst Property Management Companies
Kamchatka's water utility exposes 60M ruble debt from delinquent firms
The Kamchatka Water Utility (Kamchatsky Vodokanal) has published a list of responsible property management companies that fully meet their contractual obligations to the utility and have no overdue debts for consumed water and wastewater services. The following companies were recognized:
- In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky:KamchatZhKH LLC, Vektor LLC, Pobeda LLC, Zhilischnik LLC, Leader LLC, and Platina Management Company LLC.
- In Yelizovsky District:Russky Dom Management Company LLC, KomfortZhilServis LLC, Svetlyachok LLC, Vulkan LLC, and Vostochnoye Management Company LLC.
- In Milkovsky District:Milkovsky Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise was the sole compliant organization.
Meanwhile, the "blacklist" of delinquent companies includes those with outstanding debts to the Kamchatka Water Utility ranging from 100,000 to 17 million rubles. In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, 15 companies were listed as debtors, while 14 were named in Yelizovsky District. The total debt of the companies on the blacklist exceeds 60.2 million rubles.
The top three worst offenders in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky are: - MIG-ZhKH LLC (17.3 million rubles in debt), - Yuzhny Rayon Management Company LLC (15.4 million rubles), - Yug Management Company LLC (6.1 million rubles).
In Yelizovsky District, the worst performers are Omega LLC, Argillon LLC, and Nash Dom-Kamchatka LLC.
The Kamchatka Water Utility notes that the same companies repeatedly appear on the blacklist year after year. Officials also emphasize that high levels of debt directly impact service quality, while poor payment discipline and delayed payments hinder critical repairs and infrastructure upgrades across municipal areas.
