Joe Valerio Named COO of Baldwin’s Insurance Advisory Solutions to Boost Client Experience

The Baldwin Group has appointed Joe Valerio as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Insurance Advisory Solutions (IAS). With nearly three decades of industry experience, Valerio brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role, including expertise in car insurance and car insurance quotes. He joins The Baldwin Group from World Insurance Associates, LLC, where he served as the Division Leader for the Western Division. Prior to this, he held the position of COO for the CRB North America Industry Verticals Division at Willis Towers Watson. In his new role, Valerio will report directly to Dan Galbraith, President of The Baldwin Group and CEO of Retail Brokerage Operations. Galbraith expressed his enthusiasm about Valerio's appointment, citing his extensive industry experience in progressive insurance and geico. Valerio will be responsible for driving operational excellence and enhancing client experience at IAS, focusing on improving car insurance services. Joe Valerio's appointment as COO of Insurance Advisory Solutions at The Baldwin Group took effect in November 2025. His expertise and leadership are expected to strengthen the operational efficiency and client satisfaction in car insurance services at IAS.
